Renters of the golf simulator must agree to the following terms and conditions of renting the golf simulator.

Golf Simulator Rental Fees

1 day - $ 3000
2 days - $ 3000
3 days - $ 4000
4 days - $ 5000

Responsibilities

VirtuGolf will be responsible for the following:

1. One golf simulator.
2. Two operating assistants for setup and take down of the golf simulator.
3. One operating assistant for operating the golf simulator.

Renter will be responsible for the following:

1. Shipping and handling costs of the golf simulator.
2. Transportation, lodging, and expenses of the assistants.
3. Making lodging arrangements for the assistants. (1 room 2 beds; length of stay depends on contract and set up\take down procedures.)

Payment Terms

50% of the total rental fee is to be paid 21 days prior to the date of the event. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon arrival of the simulator at the event location. Please make checks payable to VirtuGolf.

Confirmation

A signed rental agreement and 50% of the rental fee should be made to VirtuGolf, no later than 21 days prior to the date of the event. An event will be considered confirmed when VirtuGolf confirms receipt of signed agreement and payment via phone, fax, and/or email. Failure to comply within the 21 day limit may result in the termination of the rental agreement and exempt VirtuGolf from any and all commitments.

Reservations

To reserve a date or dates for simulator rental a signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rental fee is required. Otherwise, VirtuGolf operates on a first come, first serve basis.

Conditions

In the event VirtuGolf is unable to meet its portion of the rental agreement the following conditions apply:

1. Any deposit or advance payment shall be returned to the renter in full.
