Process

1. You need to inform VirtuGolf of your desire to purchase a simulator.
2. VirtuGolf will assist you in selecting various models and features that best suite your needs.
3. VirtuGolf will locate used machines matching your criteria.
4. VirtuGolf will inform you of condition and price of the machine.
5. You will inform VirtuGolf of desire to purchase the simulator.
6. VirtuGolf will send you a purchase agreement.
7. You will be required to sign the purchase agreement and pay a 50% deposit based on the price.
8. VirtuGolf will disassemble and transport the simulator from the current location.
9. VirtuGolf will transport the simulator to your location.
10. You will be required to pay the 50% balance before assembly of the simulator.
11. VirtuGolf will assemble the golf simulator at your location.
12. VirtuGolf will provide one-day of on-site training for operation of the simulator.

Terms

• 50% of the purchase price is due when you decide to purchase.
• 50% of the purchase price is due prior to VirtuGolf assembling the simulator at your location.
• Simulators are purchased on an as-is basis.

Confirmation

• A signed purchase agreement must be made with VirtuGolf when you decide to purchase.
• This agreement will be considered confirmed when VirtuGolf provides receipt of signed agreement and deposit via phone, fax, and/or email.
• Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of the agreement, forfeiture of deposit, and exempt VirtuGolf from any and all commitments.
